Effective 15 October 2026

Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you work with yoop.si: the reels we make and post for your app, and the free reels we make. They work alongside our Privacy and Refunds pages. Booking a plan or paying an invoice means you accept them.

Who we are

yoop.si is operated by CyberFruit Lab - FZCO, a free zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). Bogdan, yoop’s founder, runs the work. Write to hello@yoop.si about anything on this page.

Who it’s for

yoop.si is for businesses. You must be at least 18. If you book for a company, you confirm you may agree to these terms for it, and “you” then means the company.

What we do

yoop is a studio. We make short vertical videos (reels) for mobile apps, and ad creatives cut from them, and post them on your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts. We start from formats that already won in your app’s category, build reels around your app, and report what they did. What each plan includes is in Pricing and on your invoice; where they differ, the invoice wins.

Plans and paying

The plans are the New Year Launch, the Format Sprint, Studio, Scale and Growth; their prices are in Pricing. The invoice comes only when you say go, and you pay it by card or bank transfer. The New Year Launch and the Format Sprint are paid in full up front. Studio, Scale and Growth are paid month by month, or Growth for a year up front. Work starts once the invoice is paid. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes or bank fees unless the invoice says so. If the price of a monthly plan you’re on changes, we tell you at least 30 days before the first invoice at the new price, so you can cancel first.

Renewing and cancelling

Studio, Scale and Growth renew every month (every year, for Growth paid yearly) until you cancel. There is no contract: write to us, and we stop at the end of the period you’ve paid for and send no further invoice. Cancelling doesn’t end or refund the period already paid. The New Year Launch and the Format Sprint are one-time and don’t renew. If an invoice isn’t paid on time, we may pause the work until it is.

No refunds

All payments are final, and we don’t give refunds unless the law says we must. Our Refunds page says what that means for each plan.

Your app and your materials

You keep everything that is yours: your app, its name, logo, screens, characters and sounds, and anything else you send us or point us to. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to make, post, report on and show the reels these terms describe, for as long as we work together and a reel that uses them stays up. You confirm you have the rights to everything you give us, and that what you ask us to say about your app is true. We need your App Store or Google Play page, and a screen recording helps; we never need your source code or your passwords.

Approving what goes out

At the start you approve the formats and a list of no-gos. After that a weekly digest shows what is coming, and you have 24 hours to stop any reel; a reel you don’t stop in that time may be posted. When your app is on screen it’s your real app, never an AI mock-up, and we make no claim your app can’t back. Ask us to take a post down, and we do.

Who owns the reels

Once the work is paid, every reel and ad creative we make for you is yours to post, boost as an ad or cut again, without paying us more, and we give you every right we hold in it. Some parts come with their owners’ terms: music picked from a platform’s commercial library can be used on that platform, and AI-made pictures, voices and music are used under their providers’ terms. We keep what we make them with — our formats, scripts, templates, tools, the study and what we learn — and a format isn’t exclusive: we may make reels in the same format for other apps.

Showing our work

We may show reels we made for you on yoop.si, in our own posts and when we pitch, as examples of our work, with your app’s name. Tell us not to, at any time, and we stop and take down what we control. We never show your private numbers without your OK.

Your connected accounts

You connect your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts through each platform’s own sign-in, and we post through their official APIs, as scheduling tools do. We ask only for what posting and reading your posts’ numbers need, and never for your passwords. Instagram needs a free Creator or Business account. No accounts yet? We set them up with you, and they are yours. To report installs we may ask for read-only access to your App Store Connect numbers. You can disconnect any account or remove any access at any time, in the platform’s settings or by telling us, and we stop posting there.

The platforms’ rules

Every post is also under the terms and rules of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and you agree to follow them. The platforms decide what they show, label, limit or remove, and whether an account stays open. We can’t promise or undo any of it.

AI in the reels

AI writes, draws and voices parts of every reel, through third-party services such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Cartesia and BytePlus, and the people in a reel may be AI. A person checks every reel before it goes out, and we add the AI labels TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask for. AI can still get a detail wrong or come out looking like something that already exists. Check the weekly digest and tell us if anything is off: we fix the reel or take it down.

No promise of results

We pick formats from what won for other apps and judge them on groups of reels, by installs. But views, followers, installs and revenue depend on the platforms, your app and your audience. We don’t promise any number of views, installs or revenue, or that anything goes viral. A number in our study or on our pages describes the past, not what your reels will do.

Free reels

Each week we make a few free reels for apps that qualify, and sometimes one for an app before its team has asked, from its public App Store screens. A free reel costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and it is yours to post or run as an ad, like any reel we make for you. A reel we made before you asked lives on a private page at yoop.si/for/… that only people with the link can open, search engines don’t list, and that tells us when it is opened. We don’t show it anywhere else without your OK. If it is your app and you want it gone, write to us and we delete it. We decide who gets a free reel, and we may stop making them at any time.

Fair use

Don’t ask us to make or post anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing: claims about an app that aren’t true, posing as a person or brand you don’t speak for, spam or fake engagement, anything that breaks a platform’s rules or promotes what the platforms ban. And don’t scrape, overload or try to break yoop.si. If we see any of it, we may refuse an app, take a reel down, or stop working with you.

If someone makes a claim

If someone brings a claim against us over materials you gave us or claims you asked us to make, you cover our reasonable costs of it.

Availability

yoop.si is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running, but we don’t promise it never stops or never errs, and we may change, pause or end parts of it. Platforms and AI providers change their rules and services too, and that can change what we can make or post.

Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, revenue, data, followers or goodwill — or for what a platform does with your accounts or posts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Liability the law doesn’t let us limit, such as for fraud, is not affected.

Ending

You can stop at any time: cancel a monthly plan as above. We may pause or end the work if you break these terms or don’t pay; for any other reason we tell you first and stop at the end of a paid period. When we stop, the reels you have paid for stay yours, and we stop posting to your accounts and drop our access to them.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for a change that matters to clients we email them at least 14 days before it applies. Using yoop.si after a change means you accept it; a period already paid for stays under the terms it was paid under.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction. This doesn’t take away any protection the law of the country you live in gives you and that can’t be excluded; consumers in the EU, the UK and Switzerland may also bring a claim in their home courts.
